EXCHANGE POLICY
If you find that you have chosen the incorrect size or you item does not fit please contact us and mail the item within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. To start the exchange, contact us at info@amorethelabel.com.au. We will then send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item.
We will exchange your product for an alternate size. We do not exchange for different items.After shipping your product back to us we will send you a replacement piece.
REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for a refund as all sales are final. Personalised items are made to order so we can not refund, please be mindful when placing an order that the name or phrase is spelt correctly. For ready made items we can not refund at this time due to hygiene reasons.

Domestic standard shipping is $7, express shipping is $10. All ready-made orders are shipped within 1-3 business days ( excluding weekends & public holidays) of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email.
Free Express shipping applies to all Australian & New Zealand orders over $99.
otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.
International:
Free Standard shipping applies to all International orders over $150.
Standard international shipping is $15.95, express shipping is $21.95. All ready-made orders are shipped within 1-3 business days ( excluding weekends & public holidays ) of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email. Shipping is calculated at checkout and cost depends on your shipping location.
(Duties and taxes payable by customers): For International customers we are not responsible for customs fees, duties and taxes apply. You may be subject to pay additional fees, AMORÈ The Label cannot override nor pay for these charges. For information please contact your local customs office.
For personalised items: Custom made products are made to order and take an estimate of 2-4 weeks to produce before it is shipped out. Shipped out time-frame is as stated as above.
This is a estimate as events such as holidays and pandemics can delay the estimated timeframe.

- AMORÈ The Label has no possible control over possible delays due to the international customs process once your package has left Australia. We not control over service, delays or delivery by postal service.
- Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or customs clearance procedures.
- Please note shipping times may be affected by COVID-19 and may take longer than expected. We apologise in advance if delivery is delayed. Shipping times can also be affected by destination.
- We do not cover any shipping costs associated with exchanges and replacements
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
